The Game’s Afoot for Appleton Players …..

Join us for mince pies, mulled wine and a cracker of a Christmas play!

As midnight on Christmas Eve approaches, Holmes, ably assisted by Tiny Tim, Lestrade and a spirit from the past, embarks on a journey through Dickensian London to solve a perplexing mystery.  Marvel as Holmes engages with a plethora of your favourite characters in this Dickens and Doyle mystery mix.

This is the first British production of the play outside London, where it had its first UK run at the Marylebone Theatre over the Christmas period in 2022.
Such a successful run that it returned in 2023 and will be back on the 29th November 2024!

It is a wonderfully entertaining play, and suitable for all the family.

This first British production by an amateur company will be staged in Appleton Village Hall from 28th to 30th November 2024.  Doors open at 7.30 pm
