This important (and fascinating) new book by our member Amanda J Field - see the review in The District Messenger 293 - was officially launched on Tuesday 23 June at the University of Notre Dame London Centre (1 Suffolk Street, London SW1Y 4HG), between 6.00pm and 7.30pm.

The publishers, Middlesex University Press, extended a cordial invitation to members of the Sherlock Holmes Society of London!
